Chapter Meeting: Native Plant Restoration — Mariposa Creek Parkway Project

The Mariposa Creek Parkway is being developed into a linear park in the town of Mariposa. The project, undertaken in partnership with the County of Mariposa, Sierra Foothill Conservancy, Southern Sierra Miwuk Nation, and the Mariposa County Arts Council, will restore and revegetate the riparian corridor with native plants of cultural and ecological significance. Join us and learn more about this legacy project. Following the presentation, you are invited to join in an easy hike along the creek and see the work underway first-hand. Open to the public.
