Quail Hollow Ranch County Park Field Trip
Tuesday, June 17, 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Quail Hollow Ranch is our nicest county park. It has sandhills, redwoods, chaparral, oak woodland, an old ranch house and a lovely pond. It’s very diverse, including lots of birdlife as well. We’ll do a 4-mile loop with some uphill and downhill at a moderate CNPS pace! Quail Hollow is the centerpiece of the chapter’s Habitat Restoration crew’s 20 + years of exotic plants removal work. If you’ve never been, you will be amazed at its wonderful trails. To get there take either Glen Arbor Road or Zayante Road and turn onto Quail Hollow Road. Turn at the Quail Hollow Ranch County Park sign and park in the dirt parking lot. Bring water, lunch/snacks. Porta-potty available. No dogs allowed.
