The local Redbud Chapter of the California Native Plant Society now has a Redbud Community Grant Program. Through these small grants, this Chapter will be returning the proceeds of their native plant sales to the community.

This program will support projects that advance public understanding and appreciation of native plants and their essential role in preserving biodiversity. It will create opportunities for schools and non-profit organizations, researchers and institutions to enhance the body of knowledge about native plants.

Redbud has given grants for native plant projects at local schools, such as the Restoration Rangers at Grass Valley Charter School

How to Apply

Local non-profit organizations, schools, academics, individuals, and other interested parties are invited to apply. Maximum possible grant size will be $1500. If you’re interested:

Applications Due April 15
