Join us for the 2024 Panhe Celebration

The Panhe Celebration takes place at the 9,600 year old village of the Acjachemen peoples, which now resides within San Onofre State Beach at the mouths of San Mateo and Cristianitos Canyon. This celebration honors the historic village and its first peoples, inspiring and encouraging the protection and preservation of this sacred place.

OC-CNPS will have a booth where we will be displaying California native plants with their Juaneño names and uses. We will also be promoting our Garden Tour coming up in May, giving out stickers, activity pages, and the very special White Sage editions of Flora Magazine which were conceived and produced by Indigenous partners and advocates. We hope you join us for this beautiful event!
