PRESENTATION: Growing California Native Bulbs with Rebecca Lance

Join us for a photographic tour of some of our beautiful native bulb species and then learn how to grow them in your own garden or landscape!
Our native bulbs are some of our most beautiful treasures, perfectly adapted to our climate. We will go on a photographic tour of some of our beautiful native bulb species, and will then discuss how easy it can be to propagate and grow them in your own garden or landscape. There will be a special emphasis on growing these bulbs from seed, and we hope to have some locally sourced seed to give to interested participants.
Doors open at 5:00pm. A short business meeting of the Sierra Rock Garden Society will precede the presentation, which should start by 5:30pm. Bring your own non-alcoholic beverage, finger food to share, or just your own dinner/snacks.
